My name is Gary Norris. I’m the owner and founder of Specialized RV services. 

We are a relatively new company, but not new to the industry. We’ve got about 50 years of combined experience in multiple industries, but primarily the RV industry.

We get a lot of questions as to, you know, what makes you guys different? What makes you guys special? Why should I do business with your company?

We have several answers to that, but I think the short answer is we pride ourselves on fast efficient service. We are a very small operation; as an owner, I’m very hands-on. I like to interface personally with my customer, get a good clear understanding of the expectations from the beginning, and hopefully meet and exceed those expectations. 

 

We pride ourselves in having very high customer satisfaction scores and it’s very important to us that our customers become not only our friend, but they become spokesperson and go out and tell others what we can do to help them. 

 

We also pride ourselves in solving unique problems with all of the years of experience that we have. We are not a traditional RV repair company so to speak. We like to go out there and do a variety of different things to where when a person brings us a problem that they’ve either had a problem solving somewhere else or don’t know exactly where to go to find the type of service, we can think out of the box. We can think quickly on our feet and come up with a solution to help solve whatever unique situation you might have. There is an array of different areas that we have experience in.
