We inspect the RV and photograph the damage, then put together a written estimate formatted the way your carrier expects to receive it.
2. We Coordinate With Your Adjuster
You do not have to relay messages between the shop and the insurer. We speak to your adjuster directly about scope, methods and materials.
3. Approved Repair Plan — Including Supplements
Storm damage hides. When panels come off and we find more than the original estimate covered, we document it and file a supplement rather than absorbing or ignoring it.
4. Structural Rebuild & Repair
Framing, sidewalls, slide-out rooms, roof structure and interior water damage repaired using OEM-correct methods and materials — not cosmetic patches over compromised structure.
5. Final Inspection & Water-Intrusion Test
Before the RV is released we re-inspect the repair and test for water intrusion, so a storm repair does not become a leak six months later.

What Looks Cosmetic
Panel dents, cracked or scuffed siding, a torn awning, a cracked window or vent cover. This is the damage that gets photographed at the scene — and it is usually the cheapest part of the repair.
What Usually Is Not
Compromised wall framing, delamination spreading behind the sidewall, a slide-out box knocked out of square, and water tracking through insulation. None of it is visible from outside, and all of it gets worse while the RV sits.
This is why a post-storm inspection is worth doing even when the RV looks driveable. Finding structural damage now means it goes on the claim; finding it next season means it comes out of your pocket.
